Is there a way to contact you? I have been studying the metaphysical and mystical side of Christianity and other religions trying to figure out the meaning of life and how to “die to the old” and live in spirit and truth but I struggle to full comprehend or understand as It’s been a good 7 or 8 year search on my own but never really been able to have a conversation or ask questions to someone more knowledgeable than myself due to this. The facilitator is very competent and patient. I loved the opening meditational prayer...very soothing.The material and presentation, her knowledge is very apparent as well as impressive.I truly admire her. It's unfortunate that a male member of the audience ego did not allow the teacher to present the material uninterrupted.Had he been Willing to Let Go of his need to be heard, practiced and utilized his listening skills I feel certain his questions would have been answered during the presentation. In spite of his need to be heard, the lesson went remarkably well. The facilitator worked her faculty of strength, wisdom, understanding. I would have liked to hear more about " Osmo bionics?" Thank you.

Thanks a lot for doing this, I always look forward to your videos. I just wish more people would watch this.. but who knows, maybe that'll come sometime :) One thing that struck me was three and a half. When you look at the chakra system, the one in the middle is the fourth one, it's between the third and the fifth. The fourth chakra is the hearth chakra, which lies at the dividing point between the 'lower' and the higher chakras. The 'heart' can either focus it's attention to the lower or to the higher, the flesh or the spirit, so to speak. Do you think that whenever three and a half years is implied, it could be referring to these priciples?
