We took 3 roosters to my dad's and he had 3 of his own. He dispatched and plucked while I processed them. Mine were 5 lbs and processed to less than half that weight and they were around 6 months old. His cornish were 8 weeks. The rooster was 7.8lbs and cleaned to 5ish lbs. I will always advise not to use my videos as a "how to". We tried our best to save little man but were unsuccessful. At the very least, I will know when to step in sooner. The overall length is 11ft. The width is 4 and half to 7.

😂 I've laughed at him editing these past few videos because it looks that way. He doesn't like to be on camera so anything with him in it is generally not recorded. He also works a weird swing shift schedule that when i record he's at work usually.

They definitely were. 10 of the smaller ones will also be moving out soon and just 7 of them will stay so plenty of room to grow. We also free range our adults so they won't even be cooped up by the time they are 5-6 months old.

Thank you so much for commenting. I agree that Cami looks too big on it. My husband says based on atv recommendations that she isn't. It's either a 90 or a 110cc. My oldest daughter just upgraded to the 250 yamaha the week before this ride and Cami gets her old 125 so at least doesn't look as tiny. It wasn't in running condition at the time though. Cami is also intimidated by the larger equipment and freezes up instead of driving it, lol.

No straw down for the birth or anything.
I just use hay to make sure they aren't laying in birthing fluids. They don't stay separated, just overnight to bond. Each delivery has the messy area cleaned out before a new one but they always paw it down to the dirt regardless.
