Twinkle Step - Line Dance Step Instructions
How to do a line dance Twinkle step. This is a 3 count move. One foot crosses in front of the other. The other foot steps out to the side uncrossing feet. First foot steps slightly back. The Twinkle Step is used quite often in Waltz's.
