It’s all built into the randomizer. There are many options to choose from and you can select it after generating a seed.

The tracker in this video is the Dunka tracker: alttprtracker.dunka.net/ Another option for tracking is Emo Tracker To use auto tracking, you need an emulator that can run lua scripts. Snes9x 1.60 or Bizhawk can work for this. If you use Dunka, you need to also search for and install QUsb2Snes and run the lua script from that app to get the auto tracking to work See which tracker you like best and go from there.
