This don’t make any sense cuz anit nobody going to just stop drinking Coca Cola in the winter. They may drink alil less because it’s cold and they want to have something hot but that would be the only reason not because it’s consider a “summer” time drink.

Sadly, some people never grew out of that behavioral pattern. They’ll get upset and if you don’t tow their line, they’ll get mad at you too. Finding something minuscule that you’ve done or some small way that you annoy them in that moment and maximize it as a projection of their own emotional disregulation. I refuse to let others kill my vibe now.

I’m a PK. As far as I’m concerned “true love waits” as it was written caused more problems than it helped. You are absolutely right on the fact that it caused many, including myself, to have a problem with the switch. I had issues knowing what healthy boundaries were in a relationship. Not in the I’m going to try to force anything but in the way of I don’t know what my boundaries would be for myself. It was always about “you should never do anything or else you are guaranteed to get an std and get the girl pregnant”. The church condemns sexual sin so heavily but doesn’t police its own gossipy women. I’ve seen gossip cause just as many problems to Christ’s church as sexual sins.

Being a European and hearing about Jesus is so awkward 😂

Watching God move his hand in ways nobody can explain lights my heart afire, brings me excitable joy and I can't help but praise him for it. Whether its a trial that is ending in hardships or seeing a blessing in such ways that bring a person closer to Christ, encouraging others to keeping their faith, being a blessing to them in some way, watching someone come to Christ in prayer and baptism, or watching God in action. YEA, that sets me afire.

Sometimes, we're looking for the meaning in our lives and the things that we can do to glorify God, but sometimes, it's the smallest things that glorify him and are a miracle to others.

I choose to love, serve and glorify my Lord 🙏🏿

The statistics are crazy. Communication is key. Setting the expectations at the beginning is essential to not be disappointed. Forgiveness is hard when there's still a lot of selfishness and pride. No one is expecting you not to get mad or fight or have disagreements, but we have to take time to come back to the table and talking it out and pour into eachother and build eachother up.

You guys hit the nail on the head with the reasons for failed marriages. In my generation (being younger), i think that people got caught up in the idea that when they get married, they need to get married to a finished "product". The whole "live your life before getting married" ideology.

Children reared by strict discipline, and heard No mostly, have a hard time receiving GODs Love. Because when we are kids, our parents were god to us.
