Only drawback is the area and the people, especially the pieces of crap that reside there. Yes I'm black, and there are very nice houses in this area. But whom wants to move into the area, where you have to have your pistol on you leaving and returning home every day. Shame that most of these clowns mess it up for those whom want a place to be at peace and call home
