WARA-PS
WARA-PS is a research arena within WASP, the largest research program in Sweden ever. WARA-PS stands for “WASP Research Arena for Public Safety” and is a multi-domain arena to support research in collaborative systems for public safety. Public safety and security research is of increasing interest and importance both nationally and internationally and requires new technical solutions that can showcase the advances in Autonomous Systems and Software research. WARA-PS explores and tests the use of collaborative heterogenous agents in public safety related scenarios, such as search and rescue missions at sea, by conducting searches, surveillance, and transportation of necessities.

Rutil Jewelry

Rutil is a Swedish goldsmith that creates custom jewelery to a very high standard, with their clients ideas close to heart. Craftsmanship in a world and time of increasing industrialisation is something to stand up for, and that's why we're proud of having shot a short film for them. Robots are used to move cameras very close and precisely to the small objects; movements by hand this precise is...
Lexus 2 of 2: Night
Просмотров 1086 лет назад
We've shot two shorter clips for Lexus, showing their sports car LC 500 in a car salon setting: one during daytime, and one at night. The daytime footage is built around the tension between a potential car buyer and the car. Besides interiors and exteriors, it also shows some of the structures underneath the floor. The nighttime footage explores coloured reflections in the cars exterior, to rev...

I like it. Very cool. The verticle video would be awsome if RUclips supported that format. I'd like to see more of the stands in use, and more photos from shoots with the stands.

Everything about this video is great, exept for your constant laughing and smiling like your a little child bragging of it's new toy. It's not a bad invention, dont get me wrong, but even if it is your invention and your proud of it, get some professional presenter of the product, it would help alot. Fluent language and a professional presentation (poker face throughout the video with a hint of common smile) is a must in such a otherwise great video.

Very nice. I'm also curious to know how you did the shots of the red shoes 'spinning'/circling? All very slick, and makes me want a 5D MkII even more!

Hey Dapastudio, Nice to hear those comments! It's a test for educating me in filming, no client. More can be read at my blog, see website (RUclips don't like links). Svarteld means, well... "black fire". It's the company name, from when I started out with black and white photography in the dark room. People tend to remember it, so I guess it works :-) I'm working on a how-to-video, will be up in less than a week I think. Cheers /Peter

@Jonny51982: Many thanks! It's a short flick, but I now start to realize how much work goes into making films; just a couple of seconds play can take a lot of time to record and process. But it's all fun :-)

EXQUISITE Peter!!! Your photography is amazing, the piano soundtrack is GORGEOUS; and this video is absolute perfection. May I suggest that you do the world a HUGE favour by getting into the business of filming aesthetic instructional RUclips videos for people who don't have the time, talent or know-how? What a breath of fresh air this video is for those of us who want to learn new things without being bombarded with ugliness. Add a video component to your site and post some videos now!

Yep, 4 boxes next to each other gives one shadow. For full body, it all depends on the look you want; one box far away for harder light, four closer for supersoft. If you use four for full length body, they need to be higher than in the picture: center should be above waist, maybe about chest height. /P

hehe... vertical video...yes, go for it!:) I have some questions related to the umbrella-box: can you mount 4 of those next to each other like in the video, without creating 4 different shadows? If so, how many boxes and how many flashes would you use for a full body shot of one person (using your canon flashes)? Thanks for sharing Peter and keep up the good work!

It's the Canon 5D2, plus some Canon glass, often the 50/2.5 macro here; such a sweet forgotten lens, a perfect companion to the 180/3,5, to go more wide in macro sometimes. But no 180/3.5 in this vid. Also, I've used the 35/1.4 for the spinning-around shots, the 85/1.2 for some moving-in and sideway pulls, and the 14/2.8 for the vertical intro movements. Spinning movements are made with a rig I've built myself from cheap standard Manfrotto parts; I like building things ;-)
