Footage from my 6th sparring session that happened back in 2022. This was a rematch from my third sparring session with the same rules. The sparring session was set for Eight 2 minute rounds with a 60 second break in between each round. We again used 14 oz gloves & head gear. He weighed 225, I weighed 130.

Its just that the bar im using is a tricep bar so the grip when dropping down has to be sideways like a hammer curl. I could have used the regular bar but i prefer to use the tricep bar.
