I always feel bad for Stark, he seemed as a quiet guy whose only purpose was to find friends, fighting was not any of his interests, yet he found a tragic death.

Absolutely all shinigami and zanpakuto spirit are too strong a statement. I don't see a bunch of characters here yet. You should change the name at least to "All Gotei 13 shinigami's zanpakto" or "Characters who have been shown zanpakuto spirit".
