I wasgoing to take it back and purcahse a nemo 2 person tent which is lighter and smaller packed

I have an issue. I bought the ace 1 . I also purchased the ground sheet to suit. I find it has no way of attaching to the tent. Everytime i move it the floor falls off. It has clips for attaching but they are way bigger than any other clips on the tent.? . I would like to know the point of the clips at that size? And why does it have no coloration to the tent its designed for?... so far under impressed for the price

I recently purchased this tent. I also purchased the ground sheet. Initially I wasn't super happy with it as the ground sheet dose not seem to attach to the tent. It falls off everytime you move it. There are clips to attach it to something but not the actual tent it's designed for. I feel it's a good tent for motorcycle camping which I purchased it for but the design is sloppy and not fit for ease of function. Personally I'd look for another option. Maybe the nemo or even I dear say it Kathmandu te.ts I've had good experience with

That thing is huge rolled up and tiny set up. I could have a cabin tent and bedding including a cot in a smaller package

13 Kilograms = TOO Heavy for backpacking !! ......and too expensive at 400 - 380 Australian Dollars. No longer available = It was a FLOP.

If the tent is 13kg and you have to use a car to lug it around and pitch near your car, I would want all the advantages of a bigger tent. Might as well sleep in the car or strap a tent on the car tail gate. The form factor is that of a lightweight bivy tent ( confined shelter) where you accept the inconvenience of diminutive size because you can lug it around on your back and are free to wander. You are not tied to a car pitch. Why accept the inconvenience if you cannot lug it around on your back? Makes no logical sense. As to the actual product, clever design and looks well made and durable. Analogy: spend a week digging a 40ft trench to the left. Had you looked up, a 2ft trench to the right would have sufficed.

beautifull design but the form factor.... it's way to big even for car camping.

Back packable version of this is what we all need! Not so worried about the foam mattress lol

I spend a lot of time in the outdoors and own 5 tents. I have just purchased this tent. The service from Len was exemplary. Whilst I have not used the tent in the outdoors yet I have assembled it in the lounge. The build quality seems excellent and it goes together very easily. Looking forward to testing it soon.

Bought this tent for a two week South island motorcycle tour. Was so wrapped with the performance of the tent and how much room for pack down size. Only have one tiny gripe and that was the pegs are to light and tend to bend and snap. Simple fix just bought some heavy ones but apart from that I would definitely recommend this tent.

Can it be set up as one piece with the inner already installed?
