Not trying to be a hater because each to their own and all that but as a VX fan I'm massively disappointed with the Astra J VXR noise, it put me off buying one because they don't sound aggressive in the slightest to me, nothing like the Astra H VXR which had a much deeper aggressive noise... just my opinion, love the car otherwise
GucciHughes GucciHughes Noise could be better yes but it still sounds good. No one has managed to create a pop and bang map either :( yeah love the noise of the astra h but the J is a really great car! Handling, looks, interior its just spot on
I've had the car 3 months now and you were right, such a fun drive! Going to look at upgrades when i get bored of the power, but thats not going to happen any time soon
Matt Timings yeah ive been looking at the piper one. Maybe soon! Worried about how much louder it will make it haha. Thats sick, maybe ill get a remap too but all the recommended tuners are so far from me :(
No its a much better sound. You still get turbo noise but you get the exhaust noise that they should've given you as standard. Its a good quality sound rather than just a noisy boy racer sound you get from some exhausts. Definitely makes the car

agreed with u, i have one and the exhaust isn't just quiet it restricts the engine too much

Anyone have any gearbox issues? I live in Aus and its a rare car, noone has one/ noone modifies them im currently waiting on a gearbox from UK
