Handwritten "No Cover Charge" sign at 16:27 😂 Forgive me if I need to leave several comments on this video. Tokyo is so dense. Just so much happening here.
That`s ok, it`s good for the algorithm, just comment away. Yes, bars often have these handwritten signs when they cater to foreign tourists. Having a cover charge and giving the customer "free" snack in exchange has been ancient custom in Japanese bar and drinking culture, but foreign tourists often don`t know that and feel scammed
Something about the lighting in that place. It could be a tax office. If I were there is person, I would have gone in for a drink immediately.
Hi, just catching up on your recent uploads. The sound of the rain is really soothing here. What is jumping out at me here is that literally everyone has an umbrella. How are they all that prepared? 🤣🤣 I've used an umbrella about 4 times in my life. I hate carrying extra stuff and they are just awkward. Japan is so interesting. There seem to be these things that EVERYONE just does.
Yes, in one way you kind of need to because if it rains here it rains hard. Also cheap umbrellas (the typical Japanese clear ones) are sold on every corner and - fun fact - while theft is extremely rare here people simply stealing umbrellas when they forgot theirs is pretty common. Usually having a more unique one protects you from that, a standard umbrella can disappear pretty fast
@@annausagi It all looks so organized. I just imagine everyone trying to walk around New York City with an umbrella in the pouring rain. Chaos. Facial injuries.

Good question! There is a fandom around gravure models in Japan, so the fans are definitely a target group. And yes, the inside of the magazine is indeed surprisingly wholesome, that might be the appeal as well, it's more like the fantasy of a girlfriend than porn

Gold Bears and Monster Ultra were actually a nice flavor combination, but I wasn't a fan of the texture. But they did look very appetizing.
You did it wrong, you're supposed to leave them in the sprite overnight. You didn't let them soak long enough
