There is also a lot of symbols in the song and setting as reminds of Federico García Lorca plays and poems (one of the best Spanish writers who was shoot and died by fascists as he was gay). This is antiwar protest song and very audacious mockery of Vladimir Putin that is called "little vile psychopath" and all brutal dictators that are thinking whole world is their toy to play. "Mama ŠČ" is reference to Russia since this country has been regarded as the "mother" by Russians, and ŠČ is world from the Russian alphabet. "Tractor" in this song is direct alusion to the Belarus Presudent Lukašenko's actual birthday gift to Putin! So this should be understood as "Mama bought tractor" = Russia has put control over Belarus, then "Mama loved moron" = Russia loved Putin - "little vile psychopath"... Let 3 is very experimental art punk band from Croatia that is active for 30 years and it is known for their provocative but inteligent texts and performances, they're also making theatre performances... Their dresses at the stage are representation of styled military uniforms in combination with drag queen outfit under (provocation to Putin that doesn't like LGBQT people). At the end fake moustaches are their standard outfit while bold man has inscribed ad his forehead "NJINLE" (NJIN + LE = LENJIN), another reference to the Russia, and rockets are reporesentation of constant Russian threatening with usage of nukes!
