I have the best system. I have a 16ft tracker proV and my trailer has bunks. I unload with ease, and my loading system loads my boat in 5 minutes and straight on the trailer every time regardless of wind or ruff water plus it is done by myself. No expensive boat no expensive trailer. Trailer guides and 2 feders take up the space between the boat and the guides. While boat is on your trailer measure the distance between boat n guides then 2 feders and then go to home depot buy some strap devices to strap the feders to the inside of the guides at the bottom n the top. Make sure feders won't move when backing your trailer into the water. I hook my bow strap on, winch it in, perfect load on the trailer every time. Plus all by yourself in 5 minutes

So, if I want to change my Morris Minor 4” hub to a 100mm hub, the bearings are the same so they fit straight on, is that what this is saying? Or is it only relevant to trailers?

So helpful. I was confused because my boat trailer hubs don't have grease nipples but measure 4 inches. They are probably old mini hubs, as suggested by information in this video. Thank you.

You should be able to launch and load that boat without getting wet...

Want to know what stress free feels like - driving down the freeway knowing the bearings in the trailer aren't stuffed. So unless you like changing bearings annually, keep them out of the water - very few boats need the trailer submerged to launch or retrieve and the little extra effort will save you a lot of stress.
