Tuk Tuk should NEVER be allowed in Rwanda because it represents a symbol of economic regression, poverty, underdevelopement and backwardness. They should be restricted to golf courses only. Nigeria was too rich to have those things on our roads. In the 70s & 80s, we produced and assembled cars and they flew off the car lots like cup cakes. However, ecomomic mismanagement or lack of economic diversification led to the collapse of the economy because an economy solely relied upon the sale of petroleum couldn't handle the collapse or crash of the price of petroleum That being said, Nigeria shouldn't have Tuk Tuk but because of the level of unpatriotism, curruption and economic sabotage that exists in Nigeria, the country has made a miserable regressions in the last 3.5 decades, instead of progression. Hence, the existence of Tuk Tuk in Nigeria. Unfortunately, the riders of Tuk Tuk in Nigeria lack driving skills, they drive recklessly and dangerously and the whole system is unregulated. To add insult onto injury, law enforcement is almost non existent and the rule of law and order is absolutely irrelevant. Suffice to say that Nigeria is definitely what Rwanda should NEVER aspire to regressed into.
