I am a person who loved the gummi ship sections hahaa I made my own insanely cool :] ship and did like half the gummi ship mission challenges during my primary playthrough. Its super fun to have a big powerful ship with lazers and massive engines and just blast through the missions. The gummi ship building menu is definitley very intimidating at first, but once you start pushing buttons and looking at the tutorial and controls a couple times its pretty intuitive. And its really fun to challenge your ship building and movement skills with the challenges. I had to stop though because id complete a few challenges, land at a world to save after an hour, and then have the game crash and lose the progress i made- and thats why i didnt complete all of them. I just got tired- ill probably get back to it after i finish re:Com reverse/rebirth

I enjoy most of the minigames fine, but as an adult with limited free time, I couldn't keep up the pace this game demands! I was still in Gongaga at around ~60ish hours and just ran out of steam. Decided to take a break, but the game's progressive difficulty makes it intimidating for me to pick back up again!! It's hard to jump back in after a while, and it's far too long to marathon play. The "start quest at point a, retrieve item at point b, return to point a, repeat" open world exploration stuff is also often boring and very time consuming. I've experienced this sort of fatigue with other titles, too (Looking at you, God of War!) It's a trend I'm noticing in open world triple a games.

one of my favorite little things about KH1 is when Sora loses his shadow on the first visit to Neverland, it’s just gone. Even when backtracking to other worlds Sora still won’t have a shadow until he gets it back after the cabin fight.

if your middle lane can't score higher than her Queen Card, another plan is to just focus on high scoring BOTH the top + bottom lanes so that your top + bottom combined TOTAL score surpasses her middle lane points. And if you notice when trying different cards that some cards score way more points than others, it never hurts to double up copies of those cards in your deck if allowed especially in case they only take a single pawn or two to play rather than hard to play three pawn cards or rare lone legendaries 😭

9:31 there is a handful of story changes in KH1.5 Final Mix actually! All those weird story cutscenes that have no voice acting and are just text in the center of the screen are brand new! They mostly revolve around giving context for Riku and his journey into darkness. Like the one where he wakes up in Hollow Bastion at the beginning of the game. Though it’s mostly just balancing, new enemies, secret bosses,new equipment, the ZeroXP ability for Lv1 runs, and the horrible boss and enemy recolors.

One "weakness" she has is that there aren't ANY "Replace" Cards in her deck at all! So if you can bait her to create red pawns bordering your blue pawns, then you can play a card to turn her red pawns blue the immediate next turn! If you're able to capture most or all of her red pawns early or put a wall of buff enough cards to halt her expansion, she can't replace her cards after she runs out unlike all other late-game players who replace! Pushing the midlane early with + shaped expansion cards might help too before she gets too far?

Grab new QB Packs missed before including postgame ones all at Costa Del Sol waterfront boardwalk's other npc behind counter Love how she was designed with at least *4 or more* main ways to beat her! For example using buffing support like Emerald Witch isn't the only way or even required. Conversely, some strategies like "destroy queen card" while possible are WAY harder to achieve consistently. Luckily with any plan in mind, you can always restart match til starting with cards you prefer in the draw!

While winning ultimate cards like Gi Nattak from Costa Del Sol Card Carnival or Gold Saucer could help alot, it's still possible to beat her with a couple of the right non-legendary cards you have for making a new deck, in the right placements, possibly (but not necessarily) earlier rather than later for some? 😺 Everyone who won't give up gets it eventually though through trying different deck strategy trial & error anyway so you can do it! 😸

ok i know this is an old stream, but smackdaddy saying you can start anywhere and not KH1 is completely and utterly incorrect. the whole “wahhh this story is incoherent” mindset is directly caused by this. KH1 definitely has its clunkyness, but you should absolutely play all of the games in release order (mobile games not included, though i recommend watching the KHUX Damo dub once you reach 3!). it’s packaged that way in collections and it was made with that in mind. I’m a bit of a KH diehard, but it’s seriously doing the games a disservice to play them out of order and robs you of context, the journey, and the gameplay improvements and changes. also, ive been enjoying the hell out of these VODS! as someone who grew up with the series, it’s super fun and interesting to watch someone experience it for the first time somewhat blind ♥️ hopefully i can catch up and join the livestreams!

Sora and Rikus first game disgins are based on coastall wear. I think sora is wearing a kinda full body swim suit, and riku is wearing those fisherman overalls. Thats why they have zippers on everything instead of laces
