I know this is an older Video, However in reference to Striping Styrene, Master Airscrew makes a Balsa Striper. I have used one for 25 odd years to score and strip Styrene as good as factory pieces. FYI.

Hey I have been working with styrene but I just don't know how to get them to print off the size like you have in this video I like what you do I know how to do the 3d part like you talk about the turn down in the hood an fenders show how can I get the printed off things to build I am in this nursing home but I still do a lot of things but I need to know how to get me some right size print help me out I am wanting a land Rover d90 because the body lines on it so anything you can help here is my address 2966 slate Creek road Grundy Virginia 24614 an thank you my friend an keep up the amazing work

bed's a tad wide for an M37. Looks like you set the sides out as far as the outsides of the stake pockets.

You gave me ideas for a hollow shape. Sanding a wood piece to the shape, but with a wide lip as a base. Then positioning with clamps bent styrene pieces and glue them together to curves. The same for the round square shapes. When dry strong the glued styrene then remove the excess from the lips. I think it would work. I been thinking of an idea for years without using a vacuforming tecnique.
