I had the exact same problem with our USA 2019 Fiesta automatic. The ignition wouldn’t turn all the way to start intermittently. This video fixed it. Easy to do. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much for this video! I had the same issue on my 2017 Fiesta (USA). Everything I could find online was just "Oh it's the wheel lock, you need to turn the wheel" but that clearly wasn't the problem because at times it would take me 20+ minutes to get my car started, just turning the key, getting stuck at the accessories position, pulling it out and trying again. Sometimes I'd be able to start it on the first try, other times I'd be banging my head against the wheel begging the car to start as I sweat in a hot car for 25 minutes. I changed the ignition switch today and that immediately fixed the issue! It took all of 10 minutes, no mechanic necessary. Thanks again!
