Nice explain sir love it. Can add to give review for quality of chapati softness after an hour and if it runs for one hour is there any quality of cooking difference. How much gas is required to run for 5 kg chapati

Chappathi breaking because dough is tight, it should be soft, oily, watery. Or 15 mins after burner is on, you need to start
