Happy Birthday, Susana. Just a few comments on this topic. New skates will feel uncomfortable for a while until you break them in for at least 10 hours. I would wear them for 20 - 30 minutes only each day for a few days. When you unbox brand new skates, first make sure the wheels are not too tight or too loose, same with the trucks. Yes, skating on concrete with gaps in between is highly annoying. I would try to find a smooth surface somewhere like a parking lot or a dead end street etc. Maybe try not lacing the skates all the way up. I keep the last three hooks on my boots unlaced and wrapping the laces around the boot so the ends don't get tangled up in the wheels. Anyways, good luck to you and don't give up. I'm going to be 56 in a few weeks and i hope I'll be skating for many more years. Best.

Looks fabulous! I don’t grow my veg, but I already keep any leaves/stems from cauliflowers and use in broth with any other discarded veg scraps for soups etc. I will try your recipe - added bonus of keeping any vampires away 😂

Well done on your experimental cooking. I'd recommend you add a packet of spinach to the boiled leaves and then cook it in curry sauce, which you should be able to buy from your local grocery store or make it yourself with the Indian ingredients. Then you would have made Saag (spinach) curry. If you fry Paneer (hard cheese) and add it to the Saag it makes a delicious meaty curry. You can add chicken to make it a meat Saag curry. Enjoy!
