Just basically a whole load of towers and watching some lovely ringing!

This tower was part of an outing on Saturday 16th November.

Today was the day of the 'Connors' Special Cooked Breakfast, with Laurens help. A morning off in the Scout Hut did everyone good with some others venturing off into York to do a bit more sight seeing...and buy some souvenirs (I was the only one to buy things, of course) Friday: Clifton (6, 3cwt) York, St Martin (8, 10cwt) York, St Wilfrid (10, 18cwt)

A lovely warm day it was which made York city center stunning to walk around during the day. Some of us, who hadn't already, got the chance to go into the belfry at York Minster - amazed to say the least! The Liverpool University Society of Change Ringers dinner took place on the 17th March 2024. Before hand, on the Friday evening, ringing took place at the usual practice night venues being SFX (St Francis Xavier) and Pier Head.

St Annes on the Sea was part of the Over Kellett open day in Lancashire, held on the 17th February 2024. It holds a new ring of 10 at 16cwt, augmented from 8.
Call Changes at St Mary le Bow

Seventh day of the Lilliputters Outing 2023 to Wales. The two towers in this video include: Pontypridd - ring of 8 Newport Cathedral - ring of 12 There is no Sunday service band at Pontypridd, so a group of us went there to ring for the service. We rang at Newport Cathedral for Evensong, and was also a lovely way tp end the last ring of the weeks tour.

Guy strapping the 20cwt in E tenor at the end of the video that's Tony Jeffrey I've knowed him since youtube and I met him at Heanton near Braunton in North Devon when me and my dad were leaving the tower when I was young to go home from ringing at Heanton and we moved to Braunton from Combe Martin North Devon and that's where I got to know Tony he has been ringing since 1960 I've been ringing since I was 5 but in 2019 it took me years and years to learn not months it took me 10 years to handle Tony's been living in Braunton since 1972 we been living in Braunton since 2018 I'm also a ringer

I love these bells. They’re one of my favourite 6’s, it’s something about the clonkyness of them that I love.

Since then Angmering have been taken out of the tower. Work was carried out on the bells by Nicholson’s Engineering

They were cast by Higby & Bodwitch I think. I love them as well. They are a charming mini ring and also ring well

It sounds like a church called St Thomas in Pendleton in Salford in greater Manchester and those 8 were cast by Taylor’s.
Cricklade are shown as F# in the video I thought they were in F

I'm quite short, and not even I enjoyed the staircase. The only way I liked it was because of how ridiculous it is!

It went way too high and they had to bring it down again
Unfortunately when I visited Lower Beeding on a Practice Night the rope had snapped on the fifth and so they swapped the it for the rope on the sharp fifth so we had the eight. Would have been interesting to ring nine
Also Graffham is St Giles not St John the Baptist
I have rung at Midhurst, Graffham, Arundel and Goring!

Unfortunately, the footage I had of days 7 and 8 got deleted from my camera somehow so thats all the videos I have. Sorry
Also Pulborough (My home Tower) has just had new ropes so they are better ringing. Before the treble and two were very deep set and the seven was very light set. also the rope on the five was un splicing itself in the top. With the new ropes the bells are much easier to ring!

Your camera has definitely picked up the glorious hum of the tenor. A major 3rd tierce on a bell of that calibre sounds gorgeous amazing!
