    This is great for the biceps. The movement he does at the top before slowly dropping it is key. Cables hit different.

    Squeeze and slowly release the weight. Drive the elbows straight back and make when Lats work. Just need a little better control of the weight for maximum stimulation of the muscles

    Not to be that guy but for an RDL you need a slight knee bend. Your knees are completely locked out it would seem ; which would make this some type abortion stiff leg dl. I would also sit back more for an RDL.
