its so crazy how he got away with this for so long
I hope it wasn't an iPhone. Those things are a pain in the ass at the best of times.
What annoys me is Langham was so talented. In The Thick of It and Help! he's hilarious. He threw it away being the absolute worst a person could be.

Townsend's defence was no more credible than Langham s. You don't need to watch this terrible stuff to write about it, and that's if they really were writing about it.
I'm not defending Townsend, but I think his defence was actually that he wanted to raise awareness of what was going on and sent people links to the sites he'd found. Problem is that's a crime of incitement either way. There's no way to know if he was telling the truth or not.

He hired 2 people to throw acid into the face of his ex. The mother of his son. Then they also tried to burn down the house with his son still in it! He's still on youtube, but quasi in hiding in some country. Lundi Forest explains everything that happend. She also said that he is a big fan of Ian and wants to do the same if I remember correctly. He loves being ruthless. He thinks not caring about others is natural. Let's all spread the message and take him down before he hurts more people. And his new born daughter!

He pled guilty. He filmed himself committing a lot of his crimes. There's a court document out there that goes into the details. It's a very upsetting read.
I know a woman who used to go after Paedophiles. She was a member of a team and they had files on over 300 offenders. The most disturbing thing about her experience was the number of celebrities, Politicians and High level business people who were also being investigated. With Ian Watkins what makes no sense is why him and not the huge number of other offenders. Did he know something and the Power That Be went public about him before he could about them? Food for thought.
