As a pianist and organist I appreciate Lang Lang here for one reason - the guts to bring out one feels within as one strives to interpret a particular work. As unorthodox as many consider this interpretation/tempo to be it's how he believes it should sound and I see nothing wrong in playing such a work or any other in a way that speaks to the innermost part of the pianist playing it. Music, they say, is life and life, we all know, verily comes with varieties. This is Lang Lang's - not anyone else's.

people, if you don't like the speed, then change it, click settings, normal and choose whichever speed you enjoy listening to.

It's actually not very hard to play the Turkish Match at this speed as I myself can play at this speed (with quite a lot of mistakes) on some days and I have only been playing piano for 1.5 years and learnt this piece in a month.
