Artwork 2
In lockdown time for sketching was an open door. In that time I drew hundreds of odd bits of artwork. This is part two of my drawings dating back to that time to now.

It's been a long time coming but here it is. The story of a brilliant three piece rock band from the 80's & 90's. Engine took the place apart where ever they played, with their high-octane shows. Engine loved thieir audiences as much as the audience loved the band. With Wad on guitar and vocal, Yozzer on bass and vocals & Ape on drums, This is their story from how they met, their influences in ...

Nice work Rob, I recognise a few faces. Nice guitar. Best
Wonderful in all respects .............
What an absolutely beautiful face.
Splendides
I love this song. What a fabtastic cover.
Great video, such an entertaining band, sadly missed.
Hi Rob, All good thanks...liked your news article in the Globe too...😊
Excellent Rob...so much talent mate
Cheers Dave hope your keeping well.
Fox loaf!!!!!!
Beautiful and much maligned creatures. Thank you for the video.
Foxes are frends 😍🤩🤩🤩
Very Interesting, but no mention of Mule Train, currently gigging who contain two thirds of engine, and at one point had all of them in it, for a couple of songs. David playing on his birthday with Mule train, is your best bet for an engine re-union.
I love Mule Train, infact they played at my wedding.
Excellent Rob! Now you just need to cast actors for the biopic!
Thanks Martin have you got some one in mind/
@@roborr5287 Clearly someone exceedingly handsome to play my cameo!
Great memories! Expected a mention of Mule Train near the end? Thanks for making this Robert. Loved the composition , editing and timing on the green screen. 🎶🤘🏻🎶
First saw them in 1987 and saw them many times before they sadly called it a day. Still have the t-shirts (they don't fit!). Still some of the best nights out I ever had.
What fun.... These were good tracks and the lyrics made sense, the green screen worked well.
Fantastic, very entertaining, well done, thank you very much 🤘
Thank you, they are a great bunch of guys
Oh yes, genuine lads 👍 love the way that you put all this together.
Good one Rob.
Cheers Ted.
Thisfox has a really cool tail
Splendid stuff and a particular thumbs up to Ape for mentioning The Saints.
All three were very open about their influences.
I mixed these guys a few times when they played at JB's and Junction 10 in the Midlands in the late 80s.
Hope this brings back some good memories.
Happy times ! Saw them at Llanharan Rock Club, South Wales in the '90s. Brilliant night. Bought the t-shirt and I still have it! Well, my son has nicked it....
You must have some great memories
Absolutely! They were good times for music and the pub/club circuit. 😊
Wonderful to see this, thank you Robert
Thank you, it was a pleasure to do.
😁 Green screen post edit is a nice touch, a very informative and fluid interview OGWT Bob Harris style.
Thank old chap it came out well, very pleased.
Fantastic,,,,,,,,,,,whenever i need a quick cheer up i bung an Engine video on.......
Thank you, your so right with the Engine video pleaser
Lovely photo composition, black and white adding to the mood, a very enjoyable few minutes.
Thanks for that. Is everything ok.

I feed the animals and Miss Claire fox 2023 followed me and I saw her 2 times, now she has a partner this year, who takes the food and must take it to the den (I think and hope it will be like this this year too I have fox babies) on two occasions my camera captured it during the day at dusk, I cured it of scabies, now your fox is very trusting, I don't know if you are in the UK because here they are not so trusting, where I feed them several animals appear. Your fox friend is beautiful and adorable, she's female, isn't she? Greetings
Are you subscribed to Debs the crazy fox lady who is in the uk feeding 9 foxes a night, all with there own names She is well worth the subscribe. She also if need be can give them treatments for mange, eye infections and pain killers for any minor foot injuries or sprains. She is a lovely lady who deserves all the subs she can get.
@@lizvickers7156 I've been watching her for quite some time. She used to post mostly shorts from her front door. Now she's added squirrels in her back yard. Squirrels are what I get in my patio. They are Scruffy (scruffy looking tail) and Scruffete (pretty tail). On rare occasions, I've seen three at once.
05:36 THREE MEN IN A BOAT museum. Lovely to see the museum flourishing, I have not been there since as Chief Engineer and Cpt Temple and crew motored m v Wincham ( the sister ship to the m v Cuddington 01:17 ) from Liverpool to represent the Mersey Maritime museum in the 90's. On arrival there was much celebration involving liquid refreshments throughout the evening requiring strong coffee and bacon sand wedges in the morning. Unfortunately before I could drink my hangover cure the Mayoress accidentally knocked my tin mug over the side ! this did not improve my bear-head, desperate to recover my mug (which would keep my Coco hot on the engine) I asked my shipmates from HMS Eaglet diving team to rescue it as a demonstration to the public of the salvage skills of the Royal Navy Reserve. Egged on with my promise of a case of beer three very enthusiastic chaps dived off the "Wincham" surfacing a minute later to much applause raising my yellow tin mug like Excalibur from the lake. Enough excitement for my hangover I made a strong coffee and eggy butty and took refuge in the engine room for a nap. "Wincham" is no more but it is good to see Cuddington is still afloat so is my tin mug. Best to Ruby from Banjo
Yes always worth a visit, the place is so interesting.
Greggs Pasty fuelled sketcher among friends. I have not seen Ince village only the power plant, looks very nice place to be, as usual a quality music track. Best to Ruby from Banjo.
It really is a stunning little corner of the Mersey. The people we met from the village were so nice too.
❤❤❤❤
Love watching the foxes. Thanks for sharing this 🦊🦊🦊
Foxes are friends.
Foxes are wholesome.
So lovely to to see the legendary Bridgeport vertical milling machine in Paul's shed, many engineers aspire to owning such a masterpiece. The art was good.
Beautiful ❤
Banjo says. Booooo
Magnificent ..................
I always enjoy these, and use them to cool down from stressful times. Diolch!
Thanks John, keep well
Nice little film Rob, very informative.
Thanks Ted hope your keeping well
Lovely film Rob and Rock Candy was a good back track and as usual a gentle edit. This brought back memories of The opening of the Albert Dock. m.v. Wincham was the first vessel back in the Dock run by Cpt John Temple (senior river Pilot) and volunteers from the Friend's , we constructed scaffolding to support the very large Johannes touring concert organ on deck and motored into the Dock playing the Monty Python theme whilst the engine sent smoke rings in time. As Chief Engineer I was operating the engine and did 255 engine manoeuvres over the two hours. The air whistle was deafening but most satisfying to see the dignitaries jump. m.v. Wincham was originally with the ICI Mones fleet, Cuddington her sister vessel is in Ellesmere Port. The preservation society also ran the Brocklbank Tug on behalf of the Friends of the Maritime Museum and the 'Edith May' Thames barge for the Arrowcroft croup who did the refurbishment of the Albert Dock. m.v. Wincham Built 1948 by Yarwoods yard Northwich. 300 Tons 100 ' Length. The engine was a Crossley Premier HRL4 a Two Stroke Direct reversing super-scavenged Diesel engine, 40 to 340 RPM Compressed air start. Original cargo Soda Ash to and from ICI Northwich, sadly Wincham was broken up 2010. ? To the old crew I wish fair winds. The organ
Cheers, thanks
