Wtf is wrong with your face
I wish you luck on your query process. I love to hear about writers taking steps to making your goals a reality. It really sucks that society teaches us that if youre not as efficient and as productive as your peers, then there's something wrong with you. Everyone moves at their own pace, and youve done something many people say they will do, and never do it! I'm writing a romantasy (I know that name gets shamed in most parts of booktube, but! I have no other label) and I think it might be somewhere between 160k and 180k words. I always get this overwhelming dread that the book is too long, and then I somehow remember that the reason why its longer is because I wanted to invoke introspection with my work. I also have a lot more freedom as I want to self-publish, so I really shouldn't be killing myself over the wordcount, but still. It is such a good thing to trust yourself. Im not even near done! I just started writing my book a few months ago, and the thing you said about perfectionism during the editing process is going to eat me alive! I hope I can come back to this video in hopes to remind myself. Its getting long, but I also agree writing my book is therapeutic. A part of my motivation is hoping someone will see my book and realize they're not alone. Its great to see writing helped your healing journey also. Great video! Thanks!
Romantasy has a special place in my heart. It was the only genre I would read for years. The editing process is HARD but I'm sure you'll make it through! You started, and that's already more than most people can say. Good luck!
MXTX(she wrote danmei novels[boy love novels]) novels are a good example for this, especially Grandmaster of a Demonic Cultivation because it follows a psychology reaction about how their past connected to what they're now despite being in a fantasy genre. (The author did treat them like a living being) unlike those cartonnish or animish personality (where the main character is so emo edgy one {has a lively past by the way} but the parent are so happy goodluck shoe and the most kindest one which does not make any sense for some reason like...how :,D???) Your teachings are so well explained! Thank you very much cause you help me a lot!!
This comment honestly made my day. Also now I need to look up this book XD Thank you so much!
Heyy, do you have a email, or discord or anything. I've written a short story. And I would love to get a feedback on it.
No, sorry. I don't currently offer feedback like that. There are Facebook/Reddit groups though where you can ask for feedback. I've used those before myself and found it really helpful!
Thank you for the great content you are doing. Keep going regardless of the views. The benefits are more important. Thank you. I have a suggestion that might be long, but it is up to you of course. It is to apply what you said about the characters’ motivations and how they are realistic, and the same thing with the villains and how they are realistic in a practical analysis of a movie or series so that the picture becomes clearer. What do you think of it? In the end, your channel is great.
Thank you so much, this comment really means a lot! Also a great suggestion. I'll definitely look into it
Give your number please
No.
Damn idk why you don't have more subscribers! I loved your video ❤ Lots of love from Brasil!
Thank you so much! This truly made my day 💜
Made me realize that I need to apply this more effectively, thank you!

Thanks, that’s what I would have needed for school.
I'm glad it helped!
This was super helpful - though I wish you used some more concrete examples (i.e. these paragraphs seem underwritten because xyz, and here is how I would add to them)
@@plumjah767 I'll see if I can add that in more in the future. Thanks for the tip!
hi there! Your video's content is absolutely beautiful, but it seems like it's not reaching as many people as it deserves. A little optimization could help it get the attention it truly deserves!
I’ve been writing a story for about 6-7 years now and I’ve been so divided on how to write it. Should it be a book or an animated series. I stumbled across this literally a few minutes ago and through the advice, you gave me a much better idea on how to proceed and how to establish a solid foundation to build off of going forward. Thank you so much for your advice. Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much! I'm so glad the video helped you :)
