    Courtney I have watched one of Your Videos and you have Legit good Advice. Write in your Descriptions a few KEY WORDS. RUclips is a searchengine that tries to connect You to your Audience. You got the Simple Title and the Hashtags and they are amazing... but try to write 1 or 2 sentences... "Today.... a full bodyworkout....30 min....pilates". Wish you great Success!

A customer reported an allergic reaction to peanuts after consuming Orgain’s chocolate plant-based protein powder. Customers are being urged to stop using the recalled product and contact Orgain for a refund.

    I’m doing a fitness challenge, too! And today was my first day. So it’s a 12 week challenge, for three days a week you do an at home workout, 2 days a week you run, and then one stretch every week. And today was an at home workout (I didn’t workout at home though, I worked out at gymnastics)

    I’ve tried this set up today. This was my third time giving it a go and I really love it. However I realised today my butt doesn’t touch the ground. I guess because of the bench height. I filmed myself today and realised I’m lifting my hips to meet the bar before I even start, does that matter?

    I’ve been doing hip thrusts for a couple weeks now and since the weight is getting light for me, I’ve been putting on more weights. That being said, I’ve leaned my hips back and it caused me to use my lower back. Do I not put the weight all the way down?

    the Matrix at our gym doesn't go over an hour, so I have to top at 60 minutes then start again, which is fine but I wish I could figure out to make it go straight to 2 hours
