When compared to the methods used in most German States which includes a "Skid pan" test, a Mechanical test, and three driving tests. Town Driving 30mph, Night time Driving 60mph & Motorway Driving 100mph. Which the most senior British Traffic Police Officer, failed on a German TV show. Which almost led to the German Government Banning the British car driver from driving in Germany, back in the 1990's !!!
