Awesome drone footage as always! Thanks so much again for doing this every week! Can't believe it's been 32 weeks already! Don't see how this project opens summer 2025, There are five more big buildings to be built, but we already know one is going to be a Hilton Tempo hotel that Hilton will be building some time in 2025 and opening late 2026, so the developer has four more buildings to build as part or phase 1, plus six detached small retail/restaruant type structures according to their plan layout, build a new theater entrance, huge parking structure, and put in roads and landscaping! I am wondering if the developer is going to build out four more buildings on their own or sell the land and let others develop them. Or are they going to finish the building they are working on, put in the parking structure, remodel the theater enterence, put in roads and landscaping, and slow build everything else depending on how the first building sells/rents out. Can't remember if this first building being build is apartments or condos. My guess is they at least build out a few more buildings because opening a new development only 30% completed would not be a great opening and not be a great place to reside in initially due to all the construction.

Thank you for providing this ongoing construction saga. Could you include or do a separate edit of a slow, lower pass going north on the right side of the 5-story building? I know it's late in your series, but I'm curious about the smaller triangular structure on the backside of the existing businesses. Keep up the great vids!

Got an email from the developer of this project this week since I signed up for their email updates and it said they secured all the permits for the parking structure so the foundation will be going in soon! Also, a lot of underground storm drain work is going on. So parking structure work will be starting soon!

I tried visiting the mall there and it was closed supposing it's supposed to remodel if their tearing it down it wld suck if kids want to go to the mall do they want to drive far away just to get there? Seems like a waste to me

Thank you as always! Figure this development will open late 2025 would be my guess. They still have a huge parking structure to build, roads, and other buildings to build. The Hilton Tempo is opening I think late 2026. Coming along nice though!

So sad to see that they are not turning this into mental health care hospital and tiny homes for the homeless... Then we are all surprised when drug addicts set up tents on our city streets....

Excellent footage, and even though I didn't go to this mall much when growing up in/around Too-Stoned, AZ, I do have a very clear and fond memory of watching "The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou" on the big screen there when it came out. Do you by any chance know what the developers intend to build here? Also, you picked a good song to put over the footage, but I queued up the song "Bewitched" by Candlemass and it fits with the footage like Pink Floyd and "The Wizard of Oz"!
