Cannot recommend a team this time since: Party power is not working after you got defeated once (also you need to click several times to active party power on battle...), and form some reason the mega evolution CP is not displayed properly not sure if the stats are getting affected in someway, also sometimes when you beat boss the timer is not stoping and you are not receiving raids rewards... ...

How many lvl 30 players to take it down?
In regular conditions where you need gems to subdue the boss you need 3 players at lv40+ (with lv 50 mons specific counters) I'd for lv30 players around 4-5 players with mons at lv 40 (with specific counters).
