The usual rigmarole: Lazenby last, Dalton fifth. Lazenby was the best one - the most athletic, the most human. Dalton did an excellent job in “Licence To Kill.” Both were closest to Ian Fleming’s Bond.

This is the dumbest shit I have heard in a while, why in tf would we even worry about something like this, and who rly gives that much of a fck, we have to stop changing things from the past, liver lips mcgrowl was made at a time where it was an awareness thing for some adults watching the show w their kids/nephews or nieces, and it did work there was reports about it from the late 80s...but go ahead cancel more history on us.

I'm a huge Stephen King fan and I would hate to see a major star playing in any of the adaptations. They would take over the story and make it into a vehicle for their own careers rather than making the story, and the total ensemble of characters key to the story, the priority. There are plenty of hard-working and talented actors/actresses to chose from to make a great King adaptation. And there are plenty of actors/actresses who don't act like entitled brats on set. I will admit that Tom Cruise did a pretty good job in Interview with A Vampire, an adaptation of another of my favorite writers, Anne Rice. Even she apologized to Cruise for her original criticism of his ability to play the complicated Lestat. But I still wouldn't have wanted him in Shawshank as the lead, Andy Dufresne. Tim Robbins did a perfect job. I don't think any other actor could have delivered the line "how can you be so obtuse?" as well.
