Alright here's some reasoning for these: Riddle: im not really sure how to explain these but i think that sometimes riddle just wishes he had a normal childhood. also ✨trauma✨ Ace: i think that ace is one of those guys who acts like player because he's lonely :( also i have an animatic in mind with seventeen, and it switches between riddle and ace's POVs Deuce: he's just an emotional guy! and he tries not to be emotional but he just cant help it :( its okay though Trey: this boy has TRAUMA!!! hes so guilty over the past :((( Cater: GET SOME THERAPY BOI!!! i dont think i have to explain these song choices, they just fit!!! Leona: okay i had trouble with Leona for a while 💀but eventually i decided this one would be best cuz it's like he's rejecting his upbringing, his lineage? idk how to explain it lol Ruggie: this man is anti-capitalist lmaooo Jack: another one i had trouble with; none of the lyrics were quite right but i think the vibes fit :) Azul: he's proud of himself cuz he made all this money himself, totally legally :))) no bribery or extortions or threats involved :)))))) Jade: idk this song's kinda trippy and it made me think of jade's obsession with mushrooms Floyd: i had the HARDEST time with floyd's... i eventually just settled on this song because the wild card line was like "yeah that's floyd" Kalim: boi has ISSUES with toxic positivity and emotional repression and codependency... (you'd be wrong) Lilia: hes just havin fun :) he would 1000% sing this song and you cannot convince me otherwise Silver: look at the name of the song ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (also the line about "people in this town can be so cruel" or whatever is a reference to the fact that silver is one of just a few characters based off of disney heroes, and how he's one of the only morally sound people at NRC lmaooo) Sebek: listen i just had to. and the specific part i picked is because of sebek's like... worship of Malleus. i just think he's neat :) i like sebek :))

I wouldn't call Riku a monster, more of a disease. Harmful, yes, but depending on how you handle him, he can either make you stronger for it, or break you. If I had to call someone monster, it would be Xion and Roxas, because they're specifically designed to hurt and envy his original selves. So much so, that to get them to stop, you must break their spirits into quit fighting. (Smiles) What do you say I test Destiny Trio's Talk no Jutsu ? I always figured this series could use more anti-heroes.

My "Epic" songs that serve as inspiration for my "KH" fic: -Puppeteer (a more cynical Naminé escapes, finding shelter with Circe, learning from her to tap more into her powers); -Ruthlessness (friends Xion finds on her own journey, who take it upon themselves to punish Riku brutally while she fights Anti-Sora in a misguided attempt to revive Roxas); -Divine intervention (Ariel's spirit does for Riku, what Athena did for Odysseus, as the former tries to be Riku's conscience); -Monster (this one's actually a bit complicated, I'm not sure if it applies better for Riku, or Xion, the latter due to her murder of DiZ, uncaring for whatever redemption he was trying to accomplish, uncaring of whom wanted DiZ alive, believed in redemption...)

There are only two men who did what Riku did, and still be deserving of forgiveness: -Admiral Thrawn; -Revan.

Ahhhh I'm so glad that someone else thought of this song to do KH to!! Perfect choices in character and situations and I love the different takes on the lyrics! Beautifully done ^^

I feel like Tiraseas would be DiZ instead of Námine, as she can only see the Past, but other than that, putting this song to be a dissection of Riku's life was a stroke of GENIUS! I wonder if it would work with Terra as well... Keep it up!

yoooooo you're a genius dude, i never even thought about it but you're right, this song is perfect. I also like the text effect you did + minimal kind of lineart style that makes it look more like a vision (also ending the "but it's not longer you" that way got me crazzzyyyyyyy. much to consider)
