-90ml Canola Oil.
-20g Cocoa Powder.
-180g All Purpose Flour.
-1/2 tsp Salt.
-2g Baking Soda.
-Red Food Coloring, Gel preferred.
-For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
Ingredients:
-480g/4 cups of Powdered Sugar
-32g Cornstarch
-113g Unsalted Butter, softened to room temp.
-226g Full Fat Cream Cheese, softened to room temp.
-1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

      Since these cupcakes don’t have baking powder, only soda, the sour cream reacts well to the soda and makes for light and fluffy cupcakes! 🧁
