Catching big Crappie in Tennessee. Using small jigs under a float. Jig and bobber style. As we move into fall and winter big crappie will start to move back into the shallow water of the creeks and coves here on Fort Loudoun reservoir. Making them accessible to bank fisherman. Using small hand tied jigs and small plastic curly tail style grubs will do the trick for me. Keep it simple.
