I have 2 boxes of 25 of the Grand Cru Robusto, absolutely one of my favorite. Don't like the Grand Cru #3 though, don't know why this is in the Grand Cru line-up, it's a completely different cigar.

Bought a box plus one today. Looking forward to trying the one and saving the box for an exceptional moment to appreciate where I was to where I am. Lovely cigar but I got a very different profile than what they said. For me: 1st third was like roasted hazelnut and dark roast coffee, almost like an espresso martini. 2nd third I got a little bit of dark chocolate sweetness but predominantly a lovely vegetal flavor and salt. Nicely savoury. Almost like celery salt a lot of fried chicken spots in the southern US use. Final 3rd was more of the same. Crazy as it may seem, the foot smoke was almost like marijuana . Very complex flavor and aroma profile. By far the most complex Davidoff. And I have been enjoying Davidoff’s for a very long time now
