    • @WDA94
      @WDA94 Месяц назад

      It "bothers us a little"? No... not a little. A lot. They're flesh-eating parasites that lay eggs in living hosts, and the maggots hatch and eat their way out, causing excruciating pain and horrible wounds. And it doesn't just affect humans but practically every warm-blooded animal. Would you say the same thing about a creature like smallpox being eradicated? How about polio? Do these parasites and diseases make the world a better place or fulfill some necessary role in the ecosystem, or would the ecosystem be just fine without them? Please educate yourself and think about what you're saying before automatically thinking that every living creature produces some benefit for the world.

    I came across this video during a search over a local decommissioned air force base, Moore Airfield. I found out that part of its use, much later, was in sterilizing screwworm. Pretty amazing stuff! Also, I still don't know exactly what the rest of the facility is now used for since, most websites mention that it was bought partially by US Agriculture and "private entities", yet that the runway, water tower and certain areas are still well maintained.

    Where is the "strongly dislike" button? Why are people who were to all appearances involved in the creation of the pandemic being praised for coming up with a "solution" that was worse than the problem? What do Oxford bat study, Ron Fouchier's ferrets, and DARPA bat vaccine (backdoor gain of function research) have in common? Munster, Munster, and ... Munster. Without accountability these mad scientists are never going to learn their lesson. Perhaps they thought all prosecutors are too stupid to reconstruct the origins of COVID, but they better grab a few more fingers because the FOIA dike is about to burst on them.

    • @stefanhernold345
      @stefanhernold345 2 года назад

      Unfortunately, containment has only been achieved in North and Central America: South of the Isthmus of Panama, however, the "male insect technique" did not produce the desired results; so the New World screwworm fly is still rampant in Colombia, Brazil and the tropical northern part of Argentina. As for its Old World counterpart, no effort at eradication has, as of yet, been undertaken; which is all the more astounding as the parasite poses a much more serious public health issue in the South Asian part of its range than in the Middle East or Africa where the pest only occurs in short outbreaks.

After reading about them I want a huge fire built and all of them thrown in it with their larvae. Terrifying creepy things. Flies are supposed to be nature's trash collectors, not killers of healthy creatures. How agonizing it must be to get eaten by those things alive.

First of all the test results do not predict biased behaviour and secondly test results are not reproducible, meaning that you receive different scores when taking the test several times. www.heritage.org/sites/default/files/2017-12/SR-196.pdf
