Lørdag 6. januar 2024 mottok vi Karmøy Kommune sin kulturpris for 2023. Etter at vi hadde vært ordførerens nyttårsmottakelse for å motta prisen, feira vi det hele med å dra på øvingslokale og synge alle drikkevisene vi kan. Her ser du resultat fra festen. Vi hadde fryktelig kjekt :-)
On Saturday 6 January 2024, we received Karmøy Municipality's cultural award for 2023. After we had attended the mayor's New Year's reception to receive the award, we celebrated it all by going to the rehearsal room and singing all the drinking songs we know. This is the resukt from that party. We had a lot of fun :-)

Greetings from Argentina! Sorry to leave this question here but youtube is my only social network :) I would like to know more about the song "The Fatal Shore". I have not been able to find the lyrics, nor know if it is a traditional song, I have not been able to find another version of it, perhaps the song has another original title. I'd also like to know if you've ever played the song "My son John" in concert. Slogmakane's version is my favorite of all the ones I have listened. I watched the concert of the album "I Levande live" and the documentary "Shanty for Livet". Sorry my poor English. You are great! Regards!
