Turned it off at "identify the company you are applying for in your objective." Do you think the recruiter or hiring manager at the company is not going to know who they work for?

Purdue Owl is my favorite source for help with citations. Question. I have a promotional exam coming up and on the description it states the following, “ as part of this exercise, candidates will be given a topic pertinent to the job and will be instructed to provide a written report or memorandum.” I watched your memo video, but I was wondering if you had advise as to what they might mean by “written report”
Good question. Consider googling "difference between a memo and report," but basically a report is usually designed to make a case for a certain position, product, or course of aciton. It will likely have graphs, tables, or visuals to help compare two or more options. The audience is usually up the chain of command, like to a supervisor or management. Due to it's purpose, the format would be a little different from a memo, but the ABC writing technique would still apply.

Thanks! Sorry for the delayed response. Any cursive font should do the trick, as long as the initials are readable. In a workplace setting the initials could actually be hand written on the printed memo. The name of the font I used is "brush script Std"

Thank you so much, this truly helps me a lot. However, I’m a little confused on one part. When you mention “Safeway” what does that mean? Like do I put that on my resume or like the address of were I worked? Sorry If I’m sounding a little too dumb, just having a hard time understanding that part.
That is a great question. Don't put the complete address. Put the name of the employer and then the general location. It would be like "Job title, Employer, City, State." Does that make sense? (and I like to underline the job title so it stands apart a little) Happy to help!
