Bro i have same specs as your pc but I am not able to get above 10 fps with lowest setting possible but you are getting 25-30 fps i cant even get above 10 with 800x600 fsr to lowest and shadwos off plzz help me

yeah, the forza horizon was def stuttering, just look at gpu usage when it drops

your not getting the full performance of the gpu in newer games bc of the cpu and it hurts seeing that ;-; its litterly cpu not keeping up with the gpu you should of used a better cpu to test out these games and forsure your fps would be better cuz getting 100% on your cpu isnt something good (GoW/Forza Horizon 5/Days gone/...)

What happens here is that the integrated graphics card is using the RAM and it may be that the RAM is slower and besides it only has 2GB and when it uses the RAM for video memory it limits the RAM making it slower.

Your pc is very very cpu bound. In most of these games the i5 4th gen is not good enough for the GTX 970. With a better cpu it performs significantly better
