wow! Yes, older single people don't much more than this. It depends on the individual, of course. But I really like it when you show the immediate surrounding area ( like the walk to the bench by the river/pond?) and out to the walk along the beach. Enhances the way of life available. Dining table Where sofa is near entry put an island bar where table was but that said and done there’s an awful lot to like about this home and that garden is my wife and myself oasis as we constantly are in our garden in oz would like a swap 🤣🤣 we really do like this place and heading back home after 40yrs away

What a kitchen!! Tiny kitchen and they can't even fit the fridge freezer in it, that has to go in another room.

I agree with sayitlikeitis8759, BUT: carpets can be replaced, walls can be changed as well. A lot of work, but it appears elderly people live there and I know all about being elderly and cleaning... however, the walk to the open field (the dog out there had a tail wagging madly) and then the beach would be worth it. Big garden. I was just surprised you knew about the hidden path! Love the music!

Kitchen, bathroom and garden are reasonable but it’s filthy and look unkempt, overpriced for what it is.
