You might have over torqued them. 28:46 from factory, the torque value on those bolts is actually VERY low, just around 5ft/lbs only, which is probably why these Oil Coolers end up leaking again after several oil changes. Loosening and tightening the oil cap will eventually get the Oil Cooler bolts lose again. There's also a torque sequence for the bolts per the FSM.

There is no tattoo engine. Where are the old Mondeos? I still have one of them. It is a 2003 model and has successfully passed my 230 horsepower turbo installation. I've had it for 50 thousand kilometers and I'm accelerating and it's still strong enough to go because this engine will do its job as long as there's no fire. People near me say they have 2.0. Used for 10 years, brand new, in one family for 10 years and overhauled with only 400 thousand km. One of our lucky customers burned the engine gasket at 205 thousand km. And the hose was leaking only because the gasket was rotten, we replaced it and he said it had 400 thousand km since he used it a lot. It will probably be close to completion after 5 thousand km. Why doesn't Ford now choose to make its engines crappy and tradeable, especially the 2.2TDCI aluminum block engines that won't be overhauled for 80k miles? Of course, they have now solved it with 10w40 oil, that is another matter, but they are broken with a small software and modification. How much does it run in a shop to replace the timing chain? Ive been trying to diagnose what the noise is on the side of the timing chain. Im not sure if its the tension pulley or what. Do you have a video on what the noise sounds like when the timing is going bad?

I followed your video! However when I start the vehicle there’s a code that pops up saying maintenance required on the electronic parking brake. And the E brake works on the left side but not the right side. I tested the power to the sensor and it gets power, I’ve also tested the actuator and it operates. Any suggestions?

The suggestion for those two codes is to replace the solenoid, under car - between the rear wheels on my 2020 Ford Fusion SE. I had the same codes, replaced the solenoid, but the problem didn’t go away. The solenoid was “clicking” when I tested it off the car, so it was working. I thought maybe it was a bad seal on the solenoid, so I still replaced it. The problem was really with the purge valve that you show in the video. Same thing that you had with the suction. I also tested it by blowing in it like a whistle. There was air flow, which should not be there with a functioning purge valve - it should stay closed.

So I have power inside the car, it just will not turn over. It clicks and stops.

I had the same issue in where the blend door actuator would move randomly. Replaced the actuator with zero effect. However this weekend, I replaced the HVAV control panel and now the temperature stays consistent and the blend door actuator works as it should.

What was wrong with the engine
