Not true you can rermove the belt without removing the mount. Just wiggle it behind the tensioner and it will come out

How does that cause noises when turning?

I used to use a soldering iron and wire before these came out. Tip for that repair, dont go across the crack. Sear it in along the crack, so that the wavy wire crosses the the crack 4 times instead of 1. These are great for fixing plastic part. Especily the expesive sensors where the mounts break of due to being old and brittle.

I have a 2017 escape I just did the rear rotors and pads and I forgot to put it in service mode. I compressed the piston and put everything together but now it sounds like something rubbing and a shop says it’s the rear diff but I have a feeling this coming form the rear brake job I did on it how can I know if it’s the calipers

I did my 22 outlanders about a year ago and went thru hell only to find out you have to set the suv to service mode before starting the job. You can set the outlander to service mode yourself manually. After that everything is pretty normal.

You didn’t disable the air suspension. That’s why I never trust anyone but myself to work on my cars 🤦‍♂️

Great video! Wondering whether you can comment on changing the rim from a 35mm offset to 38mm if you think there's room to clear the calipers and electronic parking brake. I know I need to run a test fit, but if your quick gut reaction is a "NO" then I just go with that as I don't have the rims on hand. Thanks!

The buzzer didn’t work and lights are so dim you have to look at them straight on to see them lit! Also, it should come with a warning about airbag circuits. It could knock your head off… literally!!!!

I couldn’t get those bushings out. It wouldn’t turn. I had to put a two foot pipe wrench on it and turn it by force to get it out, and I had to drive it out with a sledge from the passenger side once I got the drivers side out of the hole. Thanks for the video!
