Light Art Museum Budapest is an independent exhibition space established as a museum dedicated exclusively to the collection, research and representation of light-related works, with the mission of promoting artworks and artists working with light and new technologies.

LAM is located in the historic Hold Street Market Hall. The radically new museum environment was created without altering the building, adapted to its original features, giving the space a new function and preserving its original appearance and atmosphere.
