TOP 5 UNDERRATED SUPERMAN VILLAINS
Просмотров 22221 день назад
Superman has some of the best villains in comics, but DC tends to lean on a small group of them, such as Luthor, Doomsday, Darkseid and a few others. This leaves several good villains that aren't being used to their potential. Here's my list of the most underrated Superman villains. #superman #dccomics Music: Keys of Moon - Flowing Energy www.youtube.com/@UCWtFgusZT03fNCqtPBrhh9g Black Mass - B...

DETECTIVE COMICS #526: THE (ORIGINAL) ORIGIN OF JASON TODD!
I think another one would be Sebastian Shaw not the whole Hellfire club because he would be wiped off the face of the earth
I'll be using the Hellfire club in another video like this one with another hero.
Man don't do me like this , I'm knocked out the BOX . . What up with a real Movie in this form , I said Damn , now this is a Win 💯🔥
This is basically just spiderman villans
didn't the Kraven part kinda happen in Bane's story in the arkham universe? exept the imperfection of the batman
Great video you’ve gained a sub
As I said to Jman, about this issue...When Namor screamed "By Neptune's Beard!" and leapt from the Nautilus, into the Abyss to attack Deepstar Six and defeat the Sea Devils and Silurians forever.... I sneezed with outrage !
That's awesome 🔥🔥🔥
I liked it
That series was awesome! It had a great set up!
The opening collage reminds me of, I think, Bionic Bob?
It was marketed as a really scary horror movie. The actors say things like, "I was so scared during the making of this make believe play we are all being paid to star in" only to find out its not even scary. False advertisement = none of my money.
If you didn’t find it scary then it seems you are in the minority
I don't know if I can get into this movie, having seen the two characters, Skarsgård's Orlok looks like Carrey's Grandpa Robotnik and I can't shake it.
Willam Dufo drops a "well Hawktewee to it".... He relly doses drop that line.
I like the hair on clark its a way to distinguish him from superman
This will be a perfect superman film but I wish manchester black was in it
I'm cautiously optimistic. I've met Nicholas Hoult, and I'm sure he'll be a decent Luthor. Ultraman, I am almost 100% sure to be revealed as Bizarro ( reminds me of " The Nail" ), which is a variation on the evil Superman trope.
You met him? That's cool. And yes, I think the clone turns into Bizarro and goes wild towards the end of the story.
@classiccomics7065 It just makes sense, also a reason to keep him masked - although if he initially looks like Superman it would an easy way for Luthor to frame him, which might explain why the crowd seem angry at him. Nick Hoult was really nice, and very tall. I'm a Hobbit but I didn't even come up to his shoulder.
I have some hope as well.
Oh, man. If the costume change comes to a money grab, that's some petty business, and history has proven it's always the wrong move.
Every super hero movie has a new costume, its always a money grab and its always the right move because it works
Good on you for a solo stream. One day we'll have to do one together. Hope our mutual friend JMan is recovering well. 🙏
@RRTNZ Thanks man, I'd like that!
Not bad at all...and choosing Cannon as the studio behind it was inspired. _Just_ their kind of thing. (So how much did you have to fork over to use the logo?!) 😎
I'll just watch it free where i watch all movies before they actually release to stream..
It didn't look terrible. I'm almost curious enough to see it....almost. Cheers mate, thanks for the review.
Hey @RRTNZ, good see you and thanks for the comment!
In general it probably is a good film but anyone who follows the comic may have a different opinion
I enjoyed your commentary, as usual. I was having an issue with my phone. I was going to put this on the “Live Stream”. Have a good evening. Thank you, for your service. In the National Guard 🇺🇸 .
Thank you @TheJayrockerr!
Yes! This would be awesome
I don't think that this was a real trailer from back in the day. Many of the scenes were taken from other movies. This is a mashup.... clever, but not a real effort. Thundarr, from what I have seen on the intenet has been going through Hollywood for years. Never a serious script... it never got a good start. I would say, that I hate the thought of somebody ...trying to make a twist on Thundarr and the gang and coming out with a bastardized version... something clever for somebody to make his career on. I would like it to keep to its roots. MIGHT DOES NOT EQUAL RIGHT... and Thundarr and the gang fighting for people's freedom and safety. Who knows? Maybe some day.
The lionman has to be twice the size shown here.
Id fawking see that
Could have cut more than a minute out and it would have been better as a trailer.
I'll trust your opinion on this. With so many plot contrivances, I have no interest. But then again, I never saw the other 2 either.
Yeah, if you didn't care for the other two, then you probably wouldn't get much out of this one.
Literally watching Thundarr right now it's on Amazon Prime
Waho! Did you even read the comicbook? Or are you just spitting shit for rage bating and fueling a meaningless culture war?
soon well be able to make it with ai and a text prompt.
I wish that Ookla and Ariel were designed more true to their original selves. Ariel looks too much like she was from India and Ookla looked more like across between an ape, a lion, and a Wookiee.
Good
Man it would be so great if they made this movie i think it would be on par with marvel if done right
You made this video WAY too early in your claim that Superman And Lois is “woke". Should've waited until season 2 episode 1.
now if Only There Really is a Movie Like That...
This is a narrow-minded view of the DCU.
Feel my fury!!
We need more shows for boys
My gosh. Thundarr, Conan, and Xena were an era of their own.
Why is Ookla basically just a lion headed man? He more original/weird than that in the cartoon
Ookla the Mock! Can any other character stand beside Thundarr & Ariel? NO! Only Ookla deserved his place among the three! Only Ookla!
Yes please. I had flashbacks to my childhood.
cringe af
Whole ass man, crying about a comic being right n left😂😂😂 touch some grass
Of all the great (and a few not so good) episodes in the show, this remains my favorite TOS episode of all time. Maybe because it touches so close to home. Back then I watched the show with my AMT model of the Enterprise on the little table next to me and imagined myself in the adventures. (Trek debuted the day after my 10th birthday, and I got the model for Xmas. And I still have it with the original box!). When the ship sails through the sky I was floored by the idea of going outside and looking up to see the Enterprise going by overhead! How cool would that be!? Well, that imagery has stayed in my head all these years and I love the remastered shots in the restoration. I still get an exhilarating chill when I watch it. Years later, I was working at the Audio Visual center at Norton AFB in California, and noticed how everything I was working with was just like you see in the film section where they arrest Kirk. That was completely authentic: the Moviola, the 16mm film reels and racks, the editing bins and so on. I love this episode so much, about ten years ago I edited together a 100 minute Special Edition of it, including footage from "Naked Time", several other sources, and have the crew witness the Apollo 11 moon landing, sending out a shuttlecraft with 23rd century recording equipment to discreetly record the event for the future. (Shields kept NASA and NORAD from detecting it.) To be sure, this is a "tapeworm" : a fan edited film, a labor of love, which I needed to do to get the story out of my head and onto video, so I could watch it! I edited it on VHS and burned it to DVD. Last Fall, I also got the AMT kit of the F-104 and tiny Enterprise, to build a diorama of the fighter chase. It'll have to go into one of the upper corners of the room with a sky background to represent the scene. Anyway, I wish I could talk about this verbally instead of texting, as I could talk about this stuff for hours, and much more. And in much more detail. Meantime, thanks for being the first one online I've seen do a review of this, my favorite original episode. Have a better one!
Wow, that's a cool story, thanks for sharing it! Those sorts of fan edits can be a lot of fun to see. I'm glad you enjoyed this one. An interesting note about the AMT models; in return for the licensing rights to create ST models, AMT paid for the construction of the shuttlecraft, both the life size mockup and the miniature model. I talked about that in my stream covering for Galileo Seven.
@@classiccomics7065 Oh yeah, I know the story behind the scenes well, having decided to work in film when I was 14, after my first viewing of 2001 in 1970. I immediately started to research all I could about filmmaking with a focus on special effects and how they did it for all my favorite movies and tv shows, with Trek being among the things high on the list. Have quite a good library of film books and magazines and collectibles gathered over the decades. Speaking of models, back then I also always envisioned members of the crew standing on top of the saucer. Then I was blown away when they did my shot in the Motion Picture! (Which is my favorite of the movies for the wide and lofty scope of it, equalling the esoteric quality of 2001, which is my favorite movie of all time. I can picture Decker meeting David Bowman in that higher dimension they both evolved into!) Only problem is scale: they look like they're about 12 feet tall on the ship, but that's just one of the problems they faced on this production. Without the talents of Doug Trumbull and John Dykstra the film might not have been finished. Certainly Magicam and Abel associates proved to be not up to the task, though they did a lot of other good work. By the way, I saw the shuttlecraft at the 20th anniversary convention at Disneyland in 86, in an early stage of restoration, and took a few selfies with it. After that, it disappeared for several years until the most recent and best restoration to full condition. Oddly, no one seems to cover that early period in the retrospectives online. Go figure. Anyway, thanks for answering my comment, and you can see how I could keep on talking about this stuff! So much in my head after a lifetime of experience and fandom, but I don't want to put you to sleep! Have a better one!
