Hi, can you help me. The bike shuts off after a 8 minutes ride, but the battery indicator stills shows that is fully charged. So I don't know if is a battery problem or the motor or the cables. In the LCD screen at the beginning indicates 28.7 V, but latter when I press the accelerator, it goes down until 22-24 V. Any help will be very appreciated.

Does anyone know where I can get a manual for this bike? I bought a demo with no manual

Yeah I am, it rattles a lot though, and actually a couple of bits of plastic have snapped off it but I can't fault its frame or engine.

Are you happy with the bike?

Just ordered one of these - hard to find reviews on-line of them though

Hey ultramortoruk....I'm assuming your going to make the the 800watt/48v setup available as a "kit" so we Yanks can update our A2B metros & Velociti's? Unless of course you've got another reliable way to increase performance to the magical 30mph range? The 20mph limit, though legal, is just to slow to ride hard, & for safety to keep up with traffic.

@x19710 you can get money all all bikes electric or not with the bike to work scheme

@BR1GHT0NCH3MTRA1LZ2 the government now pays partly for electric bicycles if you use them to get to work i beleive.
