I've bought a few times from there. What's great is if the price comes down from when you purchased it you can claim a credit for a future sale. My last order, which I made yesterday, came to just over £40 but after the credits it only cost me £21. I It's worth contacting their customer support if you're not happy with anything in particular. You can get a replacement, credit or even a refund. I ordered a set of flasks - small, medium and large. They were delivered like Russian dolls, one inside the other. The smallest one was missing its lid. I went in and asked for a lid. Not only did they send me the lid, they sent me all 3 flasks again!! Another time I had a 3D rubber keyring of a Futurama character. It came with the head half hanging off. A quick message with a photo and I got a full refund.
