No it’s a salt fish flitters made with four so mix out the four to a watery texture then add your saltfish in you can also put in your onion garlic tomato for more flavor then fry it up for like 5-7 minutes

I also have alittle longer video on the main page that you will see me pouring the water to mix out the flour and adding in all the stuff this is a short so it’s not the full video

Yes. In my state you can look up the registration numbers and see who it belonged to. If they have the title they may give/sell it to you or want it back. Some states have an abandoned boat provision in their rules. Mine does but I’ve never done it so I don’t know what it takes. Some of this can get very expensive even if the motor is fine(which I doubt). Also before you drag it home make some inquiries with whatever state department handles this thing. Last thing you need is cops showing up at your house with a warrant for your butt over a “stolen” boat. Do it legal and avoid issues!!
