I just want to say God bless you mother black spot I can honestly say that the Lord works in mysterious ways I didn't know back then but I have an understanding of it now of why you taught me that song when I was young a little young boy eager to have with the church gave me that made made me just to be a part of that world when I look back on the making to me those days was the best days because I haven't changed so much as a young child they gave me so much understanding at a young age that I had to be a part of the church they gave me so much peacefulness Joy happiness till Monday that became my strength in the midst of all my storm all because of what the church had deposited him I knew I had to call you I knew there was purpose in my life I always loved the child of God no matter how I had chosen live my lifestyle I never loved that or anyone to determine to think anything different than that what I knew was the truth and now that I'm still standing in the midst of all my storms that blew my way my faith and listening knowledge what's the one thing that kept me holding on to God since changing hands even the world said I had no place in the kingdom of God I knew better that's why I continue to still fight a good fight I ain't perfect but the Lord knows my heart and one thing this thing most of all I know it too I know my purpose for the Lord Place me on this Earth to do and I am going to do just what the Lord wants me to do because it is grace and mercy and the love that he has for for me little old unworthy me I'm still here standing strong all because of my faith and yet still I've risen in the missing all of my fears it's a devil kept me in bondage for many years the chains have now been broken and even though I am lying I should always be who the Lord made me to be and one thing I know he didn't make any mistakes in making me that's why I should continuously be pressing on never let him go of his most precious hand

Bishop Walker and I were together at Vanderbilt Divinity School in the early 90's and took a class, The Church and Homosexuality. I have dedicated this song to our lesbian and gay Christian sisters and brothers who are currently viewed as wrong because of their difference by many so called Christians. Jesus calls us to treat others as we want to be treated (Matt. 7:12).
