Any fish this year yet ?
New video coming out soon 😁
nice job. running many lines without tangling. btw, how deep water you guys fishing?
How do you like those krome seeker flashers?
Love them! They work great in Owen Sound as well! Got 2nd place in the derby on the last day with a green ladder back one
great video out on Georgian Bay. I was a regular fishing the OSS. I moved out of the area and haven't fished this derby in a while. Hope you did well and got into some big fish. I mainly fish by Port Severn area as I have a cottage there. I get into some nice salmon over here as well. cheers Bob
I checked out you channel as well, you make some nice fishing videos as well. I subscribe to your RUclips channel. I hope you can have a chance to review my RUclips channel and if you like my videos you can like and subscribe. Thanks for your support. Cheers
That green Jean krome seeker flasher is definitely a great flasher. They make a great product, and best of all madebin owen sound
Are you guys running all your rods off the downriggers?
Just one off the rigger. The others are divers or longlines on planerboards
Are you running lead core or wire on the planner boards
I usually run a 300 wieghted steel or torpedo diver on mono or braid
have you tried other cameras? I'm looking to do the same, not sure what to buy.
Love watching the underwater footage!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Those dipsey rods should be parallel with the water.
Great video
Looks like a great Day on the water Do you guys keep any of them?
We kept 2
@@thebrokesportsman I always like to have some to BBQ
Great underwater footage, always cool seeing how the fish react up close. We went out Thursday the 3rd just outside Rochester in New York, had 4 on in the first half hour and only landed one but unfortunately had to go in due to a rough west wind.
Great video on salmon fishing 🇨🇦💪🎣👍🤟
Good job...
Nice video boys, 🎣💪💪👍🎥🍻
That's a big 1
Was it close to the shore ?
Great fishing guys! Hammering em!
Thanks! Looks like you've been doing the same! 😄
Can you recommend some spoon colours that worked for you?
Sure @tntfishinglures have been working great for us all season. Blues and green are what we usually run.
Check out their new flutter spoon! It's been very good!
When the fish goes to the side turn boat away from that side and will put fish behind boat again.. SIMPLE
Great video boys, I fish out of Mississauga and never ventured that far over 🎣🇨🇦👍😎🍻
Hows your season been over there?
@@thebrokesportsman it’s been good, four hours of fishing average 4 to 6 fish lots of coho and bows. The odd king. Biggest this year was around 25. I get most of the catches on film 🎥. Check out my last few videos out on the lake. 🎥🎣🇨🇦👍😎
Good job bud...
Great video
Great video, I fish out of Mississauga and I post a few of my videos 🎣😎🇨🇦🍻🎬
Thanks! I will check out your channel 👍
hey what rods did u guys use
Mostly Okuma I believe, with a Daiwa and Streamside Predator thrown in there somewhere
Nothing like fighting a big king on the Great Lakes!
Try on a solo trip, net job can be challenging 😥
Good job on opening day...
I watch these videos and then wonder why people from Lake O even bother fishing Georgian Bay
*Promo SM* 👊
Good thing to see someone in Ontario is havin luck on the ice this winter. I’ve been out 3 times now and haven’t got a laker yet here in Renfrew County. Not much ice either.
Only 1 I got this season

Good video!
What area?
Dude I love that chair! That is amazing! 👏
Yah its great! It's a gaming chair from Amazon
Love those hook sets!!
Nice warm shiny day😄
Sweet vid! I'm debating between the Clam Nanook XT and the Otter X-Over Pro Cabin, just can't decide which one to get!!!
Thanks! They say the Otters are better built but this one is nice and light if I do need to pull it by hand
I've ran Otters since 1997 but im currently using the Nanook XT ice team. I don't really care for a few things about the Clam. No padding on the seats, doesn't come with spreader poles (other than the back one) all at a cost higher than an Otter Cabin that comes with them. Also I don't like how the daylight comes in at the heat weld dots and light shines right through the fabric. Sled is very light duty compared to Otter as well. All these negatives for me and I'd still pick the Nanook Xt over the Cabin just out of how light it is and how much fishing room there is. I don't use the factory seats and I'm down to 59lbs with my folding chair that I put the Clam seat covers on. The one exception is if you plan on pulling behind a snowmobile or atv. I wouldn't trust the Nanook to be drug around like I would an Otter.
Orient your carabiners so your screw gate screws down, an easy way to remember this is "screw down so you don't screw up"
Truly it doesn’t matter which way it’s facing as long as you’re comfortable with it. In the Marine we were taught with it up cause it was easier to remove with gloves on
How thick is that rope?
Thick enough! 😄 I think they call it 8 or 9 mil? It's a Rescue Tech rope. Plenty strong
Where do you park your truck when you go out ice fishing on Simcoe. I would like to try ice fishing but don't know where to park, they list no parking in lots and city streets in north bay. Any tips for a newbie.
