It's from way underpowering them, I can guarantee. I had this same issue with two dd audio subs and putting them on better power eliminated the rattle. I currently have this issue again with a 2000 watt skar amp powering two bdc4 15s. The amp clipping is terrible. I've found online on videos and fourums that the bdc4s 15 can take 2000 watt RMS each or even more. I highly recommend before cutting them open get yourself a better amp putting out true power ratings. I have heard and seen two of these subs on a hiphonics 3k in a Tahoe rattle buildings. Not sure what ohm it was wired to though. Somebody recommended I checkout your video. I already connected mine and everything but the dash kit bezzel wont fit around my unit. I believe my unit is bigger then yours. Did you trim the actual trim of the dash or the bezzel that came with the dash kit?
