    I watched your carb video to. About to put mine back on I don’t have shims for the valves at the moment. Wish I could hear the sound before and after but I’ll listen on the carb vid. Mines at 20k this probably never done

    How many miles were on it? You notice difference in power oil consumption or anything

    Does it need to be tdc or anything when adjusting? Exhaust stroke? Intake stroke?

      TDC makes sure you are completely off the cam lobe when measure the clearance. Technically you can measure the intake while on the exhaust stroke and visa versa you'll have to spin the engine at least once to get all the valves anyway.

    Thanks for the video! Made it clear that I've been procrastinating on the valve job for no reason. Gonna have to take care of that as soon as I can get some sealant.

      You don't need sealant for the valve cover on this or most other bikes. There is a rubber gasket that is reusable if it's in decent shape.
